Dispatching an order takes 1-5 days depending on the product you purchase.
For pre-order products dispatching dates take several months as the required amount of slots need to be filled, only then the product goes in to production. If the pre-order slots are haven't filled the required amount, pre-order times increase, Even after the increase in the slots aren't filled the order will be cancelled and refund will be initiated with excluding the any transaction charges
(In- Stock orders take 1-2 days while the resin shakers/ name stands take around 7-20 days according to the orders that I get) Once the order is dispatched it takes around 3-9 days to deliver, for international it depends on the delivery shipment that you opt for. You will be getting a tracking id once the order gets shipped, either to your email or your messages.
if it's Northeast or Jammu and Kashmir it takes even more time to deliver, as there are few shipping delivery partners.
The store is not responsible for the delays of shipments due to natural factors like rains, earthquakes, tsunami, etc.,
Once the order is shipped for the COD you cannot cancel it. If you cancel the order more than twice with the payment method COD then we will not be able to taking orders in the future. we may cancel your order if it comes to that. Cod is provided only at certain times and in India only.
Once the COD order is canceled then you need to pay for the extra shipping charges. The same goes for the pre-paid.
Buyer will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs. There will be times where you can get free shipping and also times where the shipping charges are applied. The shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
